Cancellation Policy

Please note that our contractually owed service – with the express consent of the customer – begins immediately after the order is placed and is usually completed in full within the withdrawal period. The customer is properly informed about the effects on the existence of the right of withdrawal during the ordering process and in our General Terms and Conditions. Withdrawal after placing an order is therefore not possible in most cases (§ 356 para. 4 sentence 2 BGB - German Civil Code). Thank you for your understanding.

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day the contract is concluded. To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us (Urs Zimmermann, EAS International, Klybeckstr. 141, 4057 Basel, Switzerland, Email: info@eori-hrvatska.eu) of your decision to withdraw from this contract by means of a clear statement (e.g., by email or a letter sent by post). You may use the attached model withdrawal form, but this is not mandatory. To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient to send your communication concerning the exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period expires.

If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse all payments we have received from you, including delivery costs, without undue delay and at the latest within fourteen days from the day on which we received notification of your withdrawal from this contract. For this refund, we will use the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you. You will not be charged any fees for this refund. If you have requested that the services begin during the withdrawal period, you shall pay us a reasonable amount corresponding to the proportion of the services already provided up to the time you inform us of the exercise of the right of withdrawal, compared to the total scope of the services provided for in the contract.

Your right of withdrawal expires prematurely if we have fully performed the service and only began performance after you gave your express consent and at the same time confirmed your knowledge that you will lose your right of withdrawal upon complete performance of the contract by us (§ 356 para. 4 BGB - German Civil Code).
